Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders received on Monday to Friday (allowing for UK Public Holidays) within 24 hours of receipt; orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the end of Monday. Where there is a stock problem or a query on your order we aim to email you within that same period.

We have flat rates on our postage charges so that you know upfront how much we will be charging you. These rates are an average of the cost to us of shipping orders out - we do not aim to make a profit on our shipping costs. Please be aware that if you only order one item from us then the cost of postage may be relatively expensive; if you order lots of items then the postage will be relatively cheap or even free (and the more you order the better value
our rates are!). We have a variety of shipping methods to cater for your need for speed...
