| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Amex and Diners. Our site uses 128 bit security encryption (your credit card details are not held in real text anywhere on our site) - there have been no known cases of a security breach in the years that we have been trading on-line. | Delivery Schedule On placing your order you will receive an automatic email confriming that your order has been safely received. As we process your order, we will email you if there is a stock problem or if there is going to be a delay. Listed below you will find the length of time your order should take to reach you: United Kingdom First Class Post - please allow five working days for delivery (should be quicker!) United Kingdom Special Delivery - if we receive your order before noon, Monday to Friday, you should receive it before 5.30pm the next working day (i.e. orders placed before noon on Friday should arrive before 1pm on Monday) Europe Airmail & Signed For Airmail - please allow ten working days for delivery (should be quicker!) | Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, then on safe return of the order to us, within twenty eight days, we will issue a refund. We recommend that if you are returning items to us by post that you retain some proof of posting. If the return is outside the twenty eight day period, but the items are in resaleable condition, then we will be happy to exchange the goods. |
